Launching your CivicSend AI Bot

Your organization will need the following to be even remotely successful in this campaign:

• A website to host CivicSend AI (it’s delivered via an iFrame and is easy to integrate)

• Ability to produce leaflets and posters to spread the QR code to the website

• Access to other local community groups such as Churches, Parent/Teacher Organizations, Youth Clubs and more. You’ll want to ask them to forward the resulting appeal to their WhatsApp channel.

• Volunteers who have about 20min/day to review the incoming objections and answer any questions people have. Examples of issues that come up:

  • People misspell their email address

  • Informing the others in the group how many objections have been logged (you’re going to get a very simple dashboard you can share with them)

What happens next

Once you’ve submitted the form above, we will send you a questionnaire. With answers to those questions, we will launch a new tool for you. That usually takes a day or two. To do this, we will generate a new email address for your campaign on gmail that will be exclusively used for this purpose. We will then send you a link that you can embed in your website and give you access to the gmail account.
